Design & Permits Service

This is designed for build-ready projects. This service includes a fully adapted architectural design. It provides code-compliant layout plans and facade designs. It also includes stamped construction drawings, engineering coordination, full permit preparation and support, volumetric design, along with four high-quality 3D render views. The design phase includes up to three revisions along with one-on-one consultation via Google Meet. Revisions are handled throughout the permitting and development process, with continuous one-on-one consultation to ensure accurate execution from design to approval. Important Notes:

• This meeting is designed solely to help us understand your needs upfront and to get to know you.

• The $105 fee covers a 10-minute initial consultation only. This step is designed to help us identify what services you need, as this package will focus on what is described above.

• It is crucial that you fill out both the project description form and the style form before the meeting so we can assess the project scope and determine the time required. During the session, the project cost will be discussed if you have filled out the forms beforehand. If not, we will send you the project cost after the meeting.

• We also recommend booking your initial consultation meeting with a time gap to allow you to fill out both forms and review the measurement guide. Additionally, we recommend that you include the location of the site, inspirational images, a video of the site, and a site plan with clear dimensions. This will help us better understand your vision and needs before the meeting.
