After booking a 10-minute initial consultation meeting, you will receive a project description form, the style form, and a measurement guide. Your responses and participation in the initial meeting are essential because, based on that, we prepare a design proposal covering our understanding of your project, your design brief, a defined scope of work, and our professional design fees.

II. Translating Your Design

Once your vision is defined, we begin our concept development and research to transforming ideas into a tangible design proposal. We develop different types of design documentations during this phase such as architectural concepts, interior compositions, moodboards or facade studies depending on your selected service package. This allows you to fully understand the design intent and overall atmosphere before moving forward.

III. Developing the Technical Package

Once the design is approved, we move into the technical development phase. Depending on your selected service, we prepare plans, sections, interior elevations, technical drawings, specifications, selections, visual references, 3D models, 3D renderings. This is ranging from basic layouts to fully detailed and code-compliant documentation, you will receive a complete Design Package to proceed with your project execution.

IV. Execution & Permits

For clients moving into construction or renovation, we offer extended services to support the execution phase. This includes coordination with licensed professionals, preparation of code-compliant drawings, and full permit management when required. We ensure that all documentation aligns with local regulations and project requirements. Additionally, we can assist with construction coordination, helping maintain the integrity of the design throughout the build process.

V. Ongoing Support

Throughout the process, we offer consultation and guidance based on your package, ranging from limited revisions to ongoing support. For higher-tier services, this includes scheduled meetings and continuous communication, ensuring clarity at every stage of your project.
