By accessing this website, submitting forms, purchasing services or products, or communicating with DE STUDIO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services.
1. About DE STUDIO
DE STUDIO is a multidisciplinary creative studio providing services and products that may include:

Virtual design services
Space planning
Creative consulting
3D renderings and visualizations
Concept development
Technical drawings and optional add-ons
FF&E selections and shopping lists
Artistic works and original artwork
Prints, sketches, and physical art products

Services, pricing, packages, products, and availability may change at any time without notice.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or purchasing any service or product, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or have authorization from a legal guardian.
You are legally capable of entering binding agreements.
All information provided by you is accurate and complete.
3. Service Packages & Scope
DE STUDIO offers different service packages, project tiers, consultations, and optional add-ons. Each package includes only the deliverables specifically listed in the selected service, proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Any request outside the original scope may require additional fees, timeline adjustments, or a revised agreement. Additional services may include but are not limited to:
Additional revisions
Additional renderings
Technical drawing packages
Additional consultation sessions
Furniture sourcing
FF&E selections
Site visits
Travel-related services
Expanded project scope
Additional elevations or views
3D models
DE STUDIO reserves the right to determine whether requested work falls outside the agreed project scope.
4. Virtual Services
Many DE STUDIO services are performed virtually and remotely. Clients acknowledge that virtual services may rely on:
Measurements
Floor plans
Photographs
Videos
Scans
Existing documentation
Information provided by clients or third parties.
DE STUDIO is not responsible for inaccuracies arising from incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information provided by the client or external parties. Clients are responsible for verifying all dimensions, conditions, and information before construction, fabrication, purchasing, or implementation.
5. Conceptual Design Disclaimer
Unless otherwise stated in writing, DE STUDIO provides conceptual and creative design services. Deliverables may include conceptual architecture, layouts, visualizations, renderings, mood boards, creative direction, and design-development materials intended for informational and artistic purposes. DE STUDIO does not guarantee compliance with:
Local building codes
Permit requirements
Zoning laws
Engineering standards
Accessibility regulations
HOA requirements
Construction regulations
Safety standards in the client’s jurisdiction
Clients are solely responsible for obtaining local approvals, permits, contractor review, engineering verification, and professional certifications where required.
6. No Engineering or Construction Responsibility
DE STUDIO does not provide structural engineering, MEP engineering, contractor supervision, construction management, or code enforcement services unless explicitly stated in writing. DE STUDIO shall not be liable for:
Construction defects
Contractor performance
Permit denials
Installation errors
Site safety
Material failures
Fabrication inaccuracies
Construction delays
Third-party professional services
Any implementation or construction based on DE STUDIO materials is performed at the client’s and contractor’s own risk.
7. Technical Drawings Disclaimer
Technical drawings, layouts, plans, or documentation provided by DE STUDIO are intended for conceptual, visualization, or design-development purposes unless explicitly identified otherwise in writing. Clients may need licensed local professionals to review, adapt, redraw, certify, or stamp documentation before construction or permit submission.
8. Renderings & Visualizations
Renderings, illustrations, mood boards, and digital visualizations are artistic representations intended to communicate design intent.
Final built spaces, products, colors, textures, materials, dimensions, landscaping, lighting conditions, and finishes may differ from digital representations.
DE STUDIO does not guarantee exact visual matching between renderings and real-world outcomes.
9. Furniture, Decor & Product Recommendations
Furniture, decor, finishes, fixtures, lighting, materials, and product recommendations are provided for conceptual and aesthetic purposes only.
Availability, pricing, lead times, dimensions, colors, finishes, materials, manufacturer specifications, and retailer inventory may change without notice.
Clients are responsible for independently verifying all product details before purchasing, fabrication, or installation.
DE STUDIO is not responsible for third-party manufacturers, vendors, suppliers, retailers, or shipping providers.
10. Consultations
Consultations are intended to provide creative guidance, professional opinions, and design recommendations based on the information available at the time of the meeting. Consultations do not constitute:
Engineering services
Legal advice
Contractor supervision
Construction management
Permit approval services
Code compliance certification
11. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information and measurements
Review deliverables promptly
Communicate in a timely and respectful manner
Verify dimensions and site conditions before implementation
Obtain local professional review where necessary
Ensure project feasibility within local regulations
DE STUDIO is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
12. Timelines & Project Delays
Project timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on:
Project complexity
Revision requests
Client responsiveness
Scope changes
Technical issues
Holidays or unforeseen circumstances
Client delays may extend project timelines. If a client becomes inactive or unresponsive for more than ninety (90) days, DE STUDIO reserves the right to pause or terminate the project without refund.
13. Revisions
Services may include a limited number of revisions as specified in the selected package or agreement.
Additional revisions, redesigns, scope expansions, or repeated modifications may require additional fees.
DE STUDIO reserves the right to limit excessive revision requests that fall outside the original project scope.
14. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including but not limited to:
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. DE STUDIO reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
15. Refund Policy
15.1 Creative & Design Services
Because design services are custom and creative, payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes but is not limited to:
Consultations
Design packages
Renderings
Space planning
Technical drawings
Visualizations
Custom creative work
Digital deliverables
If a project is canceled after work begins, DE STUDIO reserves the right to retain payment for completed work, labor, creative development, and administrative time.
15.2 Digital Products
Digital products, downloadable files, templates, PDFs, guides, and digital assets are non-refundable and non-returnable.
15.3 Physical Art Products
Returns or exchanges for physical products may be accepted only if:
The item arrives damaged
The incorrect item was shipped
The issue is reported within seven (7) days of delivery
Minor artistic variations, texture differences, handmade imperfections, or slight color variations are not considered defects. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
16. Custom Artwork & Commissions
Custom artwork and commissioned pieces are created specifically for the client and are non-refundable once production has begun.
Minor variations are inherent to original and handmade artwork.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DE STUDIO retains copyright ownership of commissioned works and related creative materials.
17. Shipping & Delivery
Physical products may be shipped domestically or internationally. Clients are responsible for:
Accurate shipping information
Customs duties
Import taxes
Local fees
Customs clearance requirements
DE STUDIO is not liable for shipping delays, customs processing, lost packages, carrier issues, weather disruptions, or force majeure events once items are transferred to the shipping carrier.
18. Color & Display Accuracy
Colors, textures, tones, finishes, and materials displayed digitally may vary depending on monitor settings, lighting conditions, device calibration, printing methods, and material availability.
DE STUDIO does not guarantee exact color matching between digital previews and physical outcomes.
19. Intellectual Property
All content and materials created or provided by DE STUDIO remain the intellectual property of DE STUDIO unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes but is not limited to:
Drawings
Renderings
Layouts
Concepts
Artwork
Sketches
Graphics
Text
Branding
Website content
Digital products
Design files
Visual assets
Clients may not reproduce, redistribute, modify for resale, commercially exploit, publicly display, train AI systems using, or claim ownership of DE STUDIO materials without prior written permission. Purchasing a product or service does not transfer copyright ownership.
20. Limited License for Deliverables
Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use purchased deliverables for personal or approved project-related purposes only. Deliverables may not be:
Resold
Redistributed
Licensed to third parties
Used commercially outside the agreed scope
Uploaded to AI training datasets
Reproduced for mass production
Without written authorization from DE STUDIO.
21. Portfolio & Marketing Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DE STUDIO reserves the right to display completed or in-progress work for:
Portfolio use
Website content
Editorial publication
Exhibitions
Social media
Educational purposes
Marketing and promotional materials
This may include renderings, artwork, sketches, photography, drawings, or project imagery. Personal information will not be intentionally disclosed without permission.
22. Right to Refuse Service
DE STUDIO reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services in cases involving:
Harassment or abusive behavior
Fraudulent activity
Excessive revision requests outside the scope
Non-payment
Violation of these Terms
Requests inconsistent with DE STUDIO’s creative or professional standards
23. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the website unlawfully
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Upload malicious code
Copy website content without permission
Misrepresent identity or payment information
Harass or abuse DE STUDIO or others

Contractor errors
Permit denials
Shipping losses
Data loss
Business interruption
Product misuse
Third-party actions
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
27. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DE STUDIO from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising from:
Your misuse of services or products
Your violation of these Terms
Construction or implementation decisions
Inaccurate information provided by you
Third-party disputes related to your project or purchases
28. Privacy
Use of this website may involve the collection of information through forms, communications, analytics tools, payment processors, or cookies.

29. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.

DE STUDIO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
